You will apply your superb communication, interpersonal and technical skills to promote ATI's Aware product, and develop sales prospects via telephone. In addition, you interact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long term relationships. You will help ATI achieve it's goal of making the AWARE product a standard application used throughout the electric power industry.
Job Description:
Work as part of a sales team to sell the AWARE product over the telephone.
Coordinate corporate resources as required to achieve sales goals.
Responsible for sales lead qualification/development, account profiling, installed base prospecting/selling, and promotion of ATI products to accounts.
Assist with preparing/reviewing quotations, proposals and enter orders as necessary.
Exercise independent judgment and interact effectively with Technical Customer Support and customers.
Independently research and respond to sales inquiries to identify, qualify and develop prospects into customers.
Provide high degree of major account management and control.
Provide timely feedback to Sales Management concerning sales forecast information, customer situations, new product requirements and current product issues.
Expand knowledge of industry as well as competitive posture of ATI.
Promote, encourage and maintain positive morale within the sales group.
Qualifications & Skills:
BA/BS or equivalent and 2-4 years telesales experience with technical software products.
Basic understanding of sales processes and strategies. Ability to understand customer's requirements/problems and relate the appropriate ATI product features/benefits to solve these issues.
Excellent verbal/written communications and presentation skills.
Team oriented, motivated, high energy, organized self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Working knowledge of basic PC applications such as; Microsoft Office, Excel, IE, Netscape Navigator, Contact Management Software.
Sales experience with industrial software applications a plus.
