Required:
10+ years experience building commercial software products
Mentality: You have previously worked for a startup company and have a do-what-it-takes attitude to succeed.
Leadership: You are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone and you’d rather over-communicate than under-communicate.

Required:
J2EE: Servlets, JSP, Hibernate, Spring, XML, JDBC/SQL, JSR168, HTML/CSS– 5 years
Servers: WAS, WSP 6.0 or 6.1 – 3 years
Preferred:
JBoss and Liferay
Familiarity with JSR286 portlet specification
