Our client is seeking a condidate with the following profile
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for the development of DSP architectures & algorithms for OFDM wireless communication systems.
• In addition, you will develop performance simulation & evaluation.
• Design & code system models using C/ Matlab. (Fixed point & Floating point)
• You will implement algorithms on our DSP processor.
• Work hand in hand with ASIC teams for defining ASIC implementation strategy.
Requirements:
• MSEE in digital communication systems, with 5+ years in design & implementation of digital modems
• Experience with 802.11a. 802.15, 802.16 or similar OFDM wireless systems standards
• Excellent understanding of digital communication theory along with expertise in Matlab/C.
• Candidate must be proficient with detection, filtering, sampling, modulation, carrier and timing loop, error correction, fixed-point design, & wireless communication algorithms.
• Experience implementing algorithms on DSP processors is a big plus
• Experience in system bring-up & usage of lab equipment is a big plus.
